Visualising the feeling of being overwhelmed by using recycled materials I had in my apartment (paper, ink, cardboard, plastic, water, dish soap, wrapping paper) and also and a tiny bit of frame by frame 2d animation done on Photoshop. Apart from the static noise, the audio is composed of crumpling of paper and plastic.

The brief was to pick someone/ something and have a conversation with them and present it in whatever medium works best.
Using anthropomorphism, the Andromeda Galaxy was my conversation partner and I wanted to visualise the process of reaching out to the galaxy, making contact, losing signal, messages being translated from audio waves to binary code to the english
language horribly all the while we’re getting to know each other. I was thinking about what does that kind of conversation look like?

This project was inspired by ‘What football will look like in the future‘ this very cool interactive scrolling website by Jon Bois.

As part of my thesis, I explored how we can use graphic design as a method of conserving culture.
Some of the Indian art movements that I explored were, Mughal Miniature paintings, Pichwai, Phad and Gond.
Some elements are there for aesthetic purposes and some to support the storytelling that the movie tells.
I wanted to apply these characteristically different art movements to popular movie posters as a way to gain appreciation for them and push people to want to conserve these beautiful folk art movements.

I made this interactive website with the help of Cargo, as part of my thesis where I explored our tendency to overlook our routines and chores that make up a big part of our everyday because it gets associated with femininity.
I added disruptions like the rotating, blinking effects on these mundane objects, as you scroll further down as a way to make it more fun and engaging and also forces you to pay more attention.

Visualising the kind of propaganda that comes out of a society where ink is now a weapon and its use is being strictly restricted.
I did the 36 Days of Type challenge, creating each letter inspired by the concept behind a different artist and album. I also designed a series of posters based on the visual language of each album and its corresponding letterform.
